We are seeking an accomplished fundraising leader to join our high-performing Development and Alumni Engagement team, and to design and lead our philanthropic strategy for Social Sciences. If you are ready to contribute to research with global impact, we would like to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead the design and execution of the philanthropic strategy for Social Sciences. Lead and develop the Social Sciences Development and Alumni Engagement team and collaborate with fundraising leaders across the collegiate network to identify and leverage opportunities to achieve strategic ambitions. Manage major gifts fundraising efforts with a collaborative, relationship-based approach to drive results. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships that support research and global impact. Qualifications Experienced major gifts fundraiser and manager with a collaborative and relationship-based style. Ability to establish credibility quickly and gain stakeholder confidence; strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude; track record of bringing people along to achieve outcomes. Collaborative and personable leadership style with experience in managing and developing teams. Higher education experience is desirable; passion for Oxford’s mission and a desire to drive positive change through philanthropic partnerships are essential.
