Today, our customers span from small startups to Fortune 500 companies. We’re looking for a Head of Global Enablement who can design and scale a world-class enablement function.
Why We’re Looking for You We’ve grown our team significantly, and our go-to-market motion is becoming more complex. The Head of Global Enablement will create learning and readiness products for the entire customer journey.
What You’ll Do Develop and implement a global enablement strategy.
Lead and manage the global enablement team.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align enablement initiatives with company priorities.
Program Development and Execution:
Design and deliver comprehensive enablement programs.
Oversee the strategy to develop and maintain a repository of enablement content.
Implement scalable enablement technologies and platforms.
Performance Measurement and Optimization:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Continuously assess and improve enablement strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Who You’ll Work With You’ll report into the Technical Customer Experience organization and collaborate with Sales, SDRs, and the larger Customer Experience organization.
The Skillset You’ll Bring 8–12+ years in Enablement, Solutions/SE Leadership, Customer Education, or adjacent revenue excellence roles.
Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Strong ability to go deep on technical products and translate complexity into practical, customer-centric training.

US pay range: $155,000 - $300,000 USD
