Overview Headway’s mission is a big one – to build a new mental health care system everyone can access. About the Role Headway is on a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible, and we’re seeking a senior marketing leader to help shape and amplify our brand and product story. As the Head of Product and Brand Marketing, you will lead go-to-market initiatives across three core audiences: Providers (SMBs), Patients (Consumers), and Payers (Enterprises). You’ll be responsible for Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you’ll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You’ll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base. As one of a small number of senior leaders, you’ll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… Have 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on brand and product marketing, including 7+ years leading high-performing teams. Have a track record of successfully leading both 0→1 GTM strategies and scaled product launches across multiple customer segments. Are a strategic leader and hands-on operator, equally comfortable setting vision and executing. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring a growth mindset to solving complex challenges. Possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven experience influencing stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and operations. Are data-driven and results-oriented, with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and frameworks that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes. Are deeply curious and customer-obsessed, constantly seeking to understand user needs and deliver meaningful value. Compensation and Benefits The expected base pay range for this position is $280,500 - $330,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
