Overview Head of Product Marketing - Americas (US & LATAM) at OKX. Lead the narrative, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for trading products and tools, with a focus on North and South America. Shape regional product marketing initiatives to drive growth and adoption of CeFi and Web3 offerings, aligned with OKX’s global vision. What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Americas (US & LATAM), adapting global messaging to regional regulatory requirements and user needs across CeFi and Web3 trading products. Drive community engagement and product adoption by building relationships with crypto-native communities, influencers, and industry stakeholders in the region. Coordinate and expand global community programs in the Americas, including events, meetups, and hackathons that engage high-value crypto-native users, developers, and thought leaders. Establish a strong brand presence at crypto industry events, media, and on social platforms in the US and LATAM to enhance OKX’s visibility and market position. Collaborate with local GMs and market teams to tailor global product messaging to regional nuances, ensuring clarity and relevance across markets. Develop region-specific narratives aligned with user needs, trading behaviors, and market trends, reinforcing OKX’s leadership in CeFi, Web3, and trading products. Act as the voice of US and LATAM customers, gathering market insights to inform product development and marketing strategy. Establish a structured feedback loop between American users and global product teams to address customer pain points and opportunities. What We Look For In You At least 10 years of product marketing experience , with significant work in consumer tech, fintech, or crypto. Direct trading experience in crypto markets is highly desirable. Leadership: Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Financial Markets Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and instruments including stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, and derivatives. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong grasp of digital marketing for fintech and crypto, including conversion optimization, content marketing, and social strategies. Community Building & Engagement: Experience in building and scaling crypto-native communities, leveraging influencer networks, events, and ambassador programs to drive adoption. Communication and Influence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex products to diverse audiences. Market Analysis: Proficient in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting in digital assets. OKX Statement The salary range for this position is $200,355.00 to $300,533.00 based in California. The offered compensation depends on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided, along with a full range of medical and/or other benefits dependent on the position.
