They are seeking a strategic Head of Recruitment Marketing with a strong ability to oversee high performance marketing campaigns and build out a team. The role will target their future tech talent. Responsibilities Take accountability for the development and execution of cross-platform, integrated marketing recruitment campaigns. As the team is built out, execution will be delegated. Work with external and internal partners to ensure exemplar campaign execution. Drive ongoing project management of campaigns including timelines, ROI / results, changes / improvements. Ensure consistency across channels including website, email, events, social, and advertising. Create a specific set of measurements up front to ensure closed-loop programs / campaigns. Be able to demonstrate both short term results and effectiveness over time. Use data to highlight results and enable further investment in winning programs / campaigns and refinement of less optimal campaigns. Process Development. Establish repeatable processes and best practices for exemplar campaign development. Advocate for excellent on-brand assets, and quality-control for regional campaigns. Recruitment Leads Database Management. Own database, and take responsibility for growing, engaging, and nurturing leads in support of your business goals. Adopt best practices for responsible subscription management, and demonstrate progress through database reports. Ideal Experience Minimum 10+ years of marketing campaign experience, preferably from fast paced tech company Previous experience with Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand Leadership experience and interest in building and overseeing a team Marketo Program execution, including forms, lists, smart campaigns, emails, landing pages, and campaign analytics IDEAL but not necessary A focus on measurement, goal setting and delivery Readiness to learn from recruiters, consultants and marketing teams; and to share knowledge Enthusiasm and a “get it done” attitude Comfortable working autonomously or executing as part of a team Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple balls, organize, and prioritize Self-directed and ready to learn Great verbal and written communication skills a must Salary: 150,000-$180,000 Location New York, NY / Chicago, IL / San Francisco, CA Apply Your Name (required) Your Email (required) Upload Resume
