Partner with executives and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and deliver innovative sourcing strategies across the U.S. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, referrals, and market mapping within UHNW wealth management and private markets. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in talent acquisition leadership within financial services — private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or wealth management strongly preferred. Experience hiring nationally, with deep expertise in recruiting client-facing advisors and investment professionals in the UHNW segment. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders. Innovative sourcing capabilities and strong knowledge of financial talent markets.
