This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong generalist background and experience supporting global teams. You will partner with the HR Manager to drive HR initiatives that support business goals, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across multiple regions. You will also play a key role in building scalable HR processes and infrastructure to support the companys continued growth. Responsibilities: Maintain and optimize HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance management tools), ensuring data integrity and user adoption through education and training. Own and continuously improve key HR processes and programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and compliance audits. Drive the standardization and documentation of HR processes across departments and regions to ensure consistency and efficiency Develop, write, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and company values Support managers in applying HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and executing performance management processes Support or facilitate talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding for both domestic and international roles Manage employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring consistency across regions Partner with leadership to design and implement scalable HR solutions that support organizational growth and evolving business needs Analyze HR metrics and reporting which provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness and inform strategic decisions Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws and regulations Collaborate with HR team members on compensation, benefits, and training programs, with a global lens. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role Experience supporting international teams or working in a global HR environment Demonstrated experience in writing HR policies and standardizing HR processes Proven ability to build and scale HR programs in a growing organization Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws; familiarity with international employment practices is a plus Proficiency in HR systems and comfort with system ownership and maintenance Experience with NetSuite SuitePeople and BambooHR is a strong plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to deliver outcomes HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus Success Metrics: HR Process Standardization Rate: 100% of core HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, offboarding) tweaked, standardized and documented across all regions within 6 months to the end of FY25 HRIS Data Integrity: 100% accuracy and less than 1% downtime or errors with recons and checks occurring between finance and HR regularly HRIS/ATS User Adoption Rate: 100% of employees and managers actively using HR systems after training rolled out in Q3 of FY25 Employee Lifecycle Event Processing Time: Average of 5 business days to process offers, promotions, transfers, and offboarding events per region Talent Acquisition Effectiveness: Time-to-Fill: Average of 30 days (domestic and international roles combined) Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, business, or a related field required 5+ years HR experience required Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies, employment laws and regulations Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, HRIS systems (BambooHR), Lattice, and comfortable learning new technical systems Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset; problem-solving aptitude Experience working with global workforce Benefits - Why Connor?
