We are currently seeking a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to support two members of our Executive Leadership Team.Through influence, consulting and coaching on the human capital strategy, the Senior HRBP will consult with leaders to help them better leverage talent to exceed strategic business aspirations and objectives.Reports to Head of Human Resources Consulting & Talent Management. This position will be hybrid (combination of in the office and work from home) and can be based in Boston or Springfield, MA.JOB DESCRIPTIONPartner directly with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business prioritiesDevelop holistic Talent strategy: onboarding, development, engagement, retention plans for top high potential and critical talentInvest in development to align top talent’s career growth with future leadership needsEnsure succession readiness with realistic, actionable development plansWorkforce Planning – Create strategy and contingency plans based on market trends and organizational needsCoach and partner with leaders to create actionable plans to improve leadership effectivenessFacilitate organizational design discussions with senior leadership to ensure we have the right talent and skills to achieve the business strategy.Partner to create a culture of inclusionDemonstrates high level experience in developing and enhancing cultural competence associated with the company’s valuesProvide guidance and insight to establishing performance objectives, calibrating performance outcomes and compensation planningPromote One HR to leverage expertise and capability to achieve the greatest business impact. Collaborate effectively with COE partners to share business concerns, identify optimal solutions and programs.Advocate effectively for business needs; help shape HR initiatives to address most important gaps in business and anticipate readiness and change management concerns.Deliver change management interventions in partnership with Learning and DevelopmentHelp protect the company‘s ethical reputation and mitigate liability risk.Manage a team of HR Business PartnersLead Human Resource projects and initiatives.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree and a strong foundation of experience in an HR Business Partner roleExperience leading a team of HR professionalsDemonstrated effective consulting and influencing skillsResults oriented with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate and build trust, within complex organizational relationshipsAgility, Flexibility, adaptability; able to effectively prioritizeAbility to work through complex situations with leaders at all levels of the organizationComfortable operating in a highly matrixed environmentExperience partnering with senior business leaders on business strategy, organizational design and talent optimizationCandidates must be authorized to work in the United Stateswithout sponsorship now or in the futureMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorshipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMBA and/or SPHR preferred10+ years of progressive strategic HR experience.#LI-LS1Salary Range:$176,400.00-$231,500.00At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees.Your total compensation package includes either a bonus target or in a sales-focused role a Variable Incentive Compensation component.Why Join Us.We’ve been around since 1851.
