This position will be hybrid (combination of in the office and work from home) and can be based in Boston or Springfield, MA.JOB DESCRIPTIONPartner directly with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business prioritiesDevelop holistic Talent strategy: onboarding, development, engagement, retention plans for top high potential and critical talentInvest in development to align top talent’s career growth with future leadership needsEnsure succession readiness with realistic, actionable development plansWorkforce Planning – Create strategy and contingency plans based on market trends and organizational needsCoach and partner with leaders to create actionable plans to improve leadership effectivenessFacilitate organizational design discussions with senior leadership to ensure we have the right talent and skills to achieve the business strategy.Partner to create a culture of inclusionDemonstrates high level experience in developing and enhancing cultural competence associated with the company’s valuesProvide guidance and insight to establishing performance objectives, calibrating performance outcomes and compensation planningPromote One HR to leverage expertise and capability to achieve the greatest business impact.
