Overview

Our Enterprise client is seeking a Solutions Architect to customize their API-based SaaS products for their federal customers. In this role you will be a hands-on technical consultant who will own and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end solutions for clients, from initial design through implementation and launch.
• Engage with federal customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable API-based SaaS configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, security, and customer success) to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical leadership during pre- and post-sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• Experience in pre- or post-sales type roles
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Experience customizing API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation, testing, and launch
• Ability to script in multiple languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Bonus: experience in AL development
• Active TS/SCI level government clearance or above required; a polygraph is highly desired
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Hybrid remote role with an estimated 25% onsite time in the DC metro area; candidates living in DC/MD/VA will be given preference
• Base salary up to $180K for highly qualified individuals
