What You Will Do As a senior manager you’ll continuously enhance your proficiencies in the design, promotion and delivery of major technology tools, including application development, data acquisition and transformation, and data analytics and visualization/reporting. You’ll work side-by-side with tax-technical subject matter professionals (SMPs) to develop and deploy data and technology solutions that will enable our tax-technical SMPs to efficiently and effectively deliver quality tax consulting, with timely and responsive services and work products that meet and/or exceed client expectations.
Your Responsibilities
Challenge the effectiveness of the tax technology strategy and approach for all engagements.
Develop strong relationships across a network of clients and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for using technology to accelerate and enhance delivery of indirect tax services.
Participate as a member of pursuit teams and service delivery teams supporting client projects, including working with executive-level stakeholders.
Develop transformative solutions and foster deep client relationships.
Contribute toward developing a technically diverse and talented team and deliver quality work within budgets and timelines.

Experience with software development best practices and scalable solutions.
Willingness to travel as required to support client engagements.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in technology, information science, accounting, or finance and a minimum of 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 6 years of related work experience.
Approved technical certification, CPA license or membership to a state Bar.
Hands-on technical experience with data-driven solutions using modern analytics and AI technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Azure, IBM watsonx, or Databricks stack.
Strong background in designing scalable databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) for analytics.

What We Offer
Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges: $168,400 to $384,600 (US); higher ranges in NYC Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
