About the role: Work as an Information Security Engineer on our team, helping the customer overcome performance monitoring challenges. Responsibilities include gathering application data and diagrams, recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, KPIs, SLAs, and monitoring tool infrastructure. Employ expertise in alerts, dashboards, and data trend analysis within monitoring tools. Use your customer service skills to manage tasks and organize large data sets for enterprise monitoring solutions. Provide technical solutions, on-the-job training, develop documentation, and maintain current tool infrastructure. This position is remote within the U.S., including the District of Columbia.
