Salary range information: Washington DC-Baltimore Area $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 (typical). Final compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. Responsibilities Lead the East Region’s infrastructure recovery activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide technical leadership and support to project teams nationally, enhancing capabilities in infrastructure recovery during project execution. Drive growth and development of the Infrastructure Recovery practice through strategic planning and effective sales of services to relevant market sectors. Foster cross-discipline collaboration and identify emerging opportunities and trends in infrastructure recovery and adjacent markets. Serve as technical authority on recovery projects and implementation of innovative solutions. Provide technical support to other projects with an infrastructure recovery focus. Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, industry groups, and stakeholders to position the firm as a leader in recovery solutions. Lead major pursuits by developing capture plans aligned with business development strategies and technical capabilities. Collaborate with technical experts to enhance project pursuits and maintain proactive client communication to ensure satisfaction. Manage and develop team members in line with core values and performance competencies; promote talent development and performance management. Foster a collaborative culture focused on client service and high team morale. Provide insights on business development expenditures and priorities based on market trends. Expand a strong professional network through conferences and strategic initiatives to advance infrastructure recovery goals. Qualifications Minimum Requirements BA/BS in Emergency Management or related field, plus 10 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 2 years of leadership. Experience in infrastructure recovery and risk management. Experience identifying market trends and anticipating client needs. Documented leadership in managing multi-billion-dollar recovery grant programs (Federal, State, Local, and Industrial Infrastructure funding streams). Position may require travel on an as-needed basis; U.S. Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Ability and desire to mentor key employees. Leadership in emergency management for federal and non-federal institutions. Strong leadership attributes and ability to build consensus to change program strategy in challenging situations.
