Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. Defend a variety of Civil Litigation Defense matters.
