Duties:
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, particularly in construction defect and general liability cases.
Manage a caseload independently while collaborating with team members.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution when appropriate.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
2-6 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within a law firm setting.
Trial experience is a plus.
Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Client-focused with a passion for achieving successful outcomes.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing.
