Overview:

The company is hiring a full-time Intelligence Analyst who is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. The Intel Analyst will focus on identifying and delivering exceptional, well-written security intelligence reports to assist the team in providing best in class security support. The Intel Analyst contributes to the process and flow of the Intel Team by focusing on identifying potential risks, whether physical, geopolitical or reputational, that affect the security of our clients' employees, properties, or operations.

Intelligence Analyst Agent Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard and maintain sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information.
  • Gather open-source intelligence through various online and offline sources to assess physical, cyber, and reputational risks to the client.
  • Identify and report on sociopolitical trends that could impact the client's risk profile.
  • Use a risk matrix to assign low, medium, or high ratings to the risks identified.
  • Prepare travel destination security assessments for clients.
  • Live-monitor particularly high-profile events.
  • Produce timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence reports and products that are comprehensive and customized to meet the client's needs.
  • Contribute to the TorchStone Watch by indicating relevant references to TorchStone clients in various media outlets.
  • Assist with vulnerability assessments and investigations in analytical capacity.
  • Analyze existing intelligence products to provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in intelligence analysis, risk analysis, corporate security, or government/military intelligence.
  • Experience with OSINT tools, data visualization platforms, and intelligence databases.
  • Strong analytical writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a demanding environment.
  • Master's Degree in a relevant field, preferred.
