What You’ll Do Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations . Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies . Develop scoring rubrics and benchmarks that reflect real transaction dynamics . Collaborate with a global team of quant researchers, economists, and fellow IB specialists . What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising). Proven track record in deal modeling, valuations, or transaction advisory .
