We prefer a hybrid work arrangement with a regular in-office presence in Washington, DC, but are flexible for the right candidate. The salary range is $225,000 to $310,000 for a 2000-hour billable commitment, with flexibility under our hours program. How will you make an impact? Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare court arguments. Develop case strategies with senior attorneys. Manage complex IP litigation from start to finish. Collaborate across groups to build strong cases. What will you bring? JD and active license in a U.S. jurisdiction; eligible for D.C. Bar waiver or exam. 1-4 years in patent/IP litigation. Hybrid work preferred; remote considered case-by-case. Strong IP and patent law foundation. Excellent academic credentials. Clerkship experience preferred; bonuses available for federal clerkship hires. USPTO registration desirable but not required.
