Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation . A Technical background is strongly preferred . Undergraduate Degree: Computer Science or Electrical Engineering degree preferred . Strong experience handling all phases of IP litigation , including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation. Soft Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively or independently. Key Responsibilities Handle complex IP litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal , including patent and technology-related disputes. Analyze technical documentation , scientific data , and patent claims to support litigation strategy and expert development. Advise leading technology and life sciences companies on IP enforcement , defense strategies , and risk management . Appear in federal district courts , appellate courts , and before administrative bodies such as the PTAB .
