Overview We are seeking an ITAM Technical Architect for one of our clients. This is a 100% remote opportunity. Responsibilities Lead onsite and virtual technical workshops with customer stakeholders. Work with customers to gather technical requirements. Develop and present technical solutions and recommendations. Design and implement ServiceNow ITAM solutions. Create and deliver technical documentation. Act as technical lead for ServiceNow ITAM engagements. Requirements Deep technical background with implementation experience across a variety of environments/customers. Must have at least two full-lifecycle HAM Pro implementations as lead Architect. 5+ years of experience as a technical architect in the ServiceNow space. Experience leading ServiceNow engagements and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture. Experience designing scalable, high-quality ServiceNow ITAM solutions. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. CIS-HAM and CIS-SAM certifications are highly . This is a remote position.
