Compensation Range: $30 - 34 per hour

We are seeking a dynamic IVA Specialist to join our client's Digital Lab team. This is a one-year contract position with the potential to become permanent, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital marketing tools in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and deploying Interactive Visual Aids (IVAs) for pharmaceutical marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

Create and Deploy Veeva CLM Content: Build and develop Veeva CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) content, also known as IVAs, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Project Management & Collaboration: Partner with internal and external agencies, serving as the project originator to route completed IVAs through the Material Review Process.

Maintain Content Inventory: Create and maintain an inventory of components and templates to ensure broad use and consistency across the enterprise.

Enhance Platform Functionality: Provide feedback and enhancement ideas for the Veeva CLM content creation platform to inform the product roadmap.

Ensure Brand Standards: Collaborate with agencies and marketing teams to ensure all content meets the brand's high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

Veeva Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience with Veeva CRM, specifically in creating, building, and executing IVAs.

Adobe Suite Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Assets, and Figma.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Business, or Marketing.

Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong client service and communication skills.

Attention to Detail: Skilled at editing and proofreading with excellent written and grammatical skills.

Strategic Thinking: A strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations while thinking strategically.
