With 21 offices across the United States, Asia, and Europe, and a global network of legal partners, we are searching for a mid to senior-level attorney with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation.

Recognized by Chambers USA for excellence, the team helps employers navigate complex workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, labor relations, workplace discrimination, unfair competition, workforce transitions, and employment privacy matters. Whether defending high-stakes litigation or offering preventive counseling, this group is dedicated to protecting employers\' investments in their workforce while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

About the Role

The firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group is seeking a mid to senior-level associate (5-7 years of experience) for its San Francisco office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment litigation and advisory matters, including single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wage and hour disputes, and complex employment issues for high-profile clients.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of employment law experience, preferably with an AmLaw 100 firm
  • Strong litigation experience, including court appearances and depositions
  • Expertise in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, wage and hour matters, and client counseling
  • Excellent legal writing skills and academic credentials
  • Active California Bar admission
  • Drafting motions to compel arbitration, discovery requests / responses, and oppositions to class certification
  • Handling settlement agreements in wage and hour class / collective actions
  • Preparing employment-related documents such as separation agreements, offer letters, arbitration agreements, and PIIAs
  • Conducting labor due diligence for M&A transactions (highly preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation: $300,000 - $430,000
