An established midsized defense firm in San Diego has an immediate opening in their employment law department for an attorney with at least 4 years of relevant litigation experience. We are seeking attorneys with substantive experience defending employers across a wide range of employment-related disputes. The ideal candidate is an innovative problem solver with strong written and oral advocacy skills. This is a full time position with a competitive salary, multifaceted bonus structure hybrid schedule, flexible start/end times on office days, paid parking, top tier 100% firm-paid health and childcare benefits, unlimited PTO, 401k contribution on 3% of salary and bonuses, and multifaceted bonus structure.
