Overview We are a national employment law firm seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Associate with experience handling California wage-hour class actions and PAGA cases to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. We are looking for candidates with 2-7 years of relevant experience who can contribute to a high-profile, team-oriented practice. Responsibilities Serve as a key member of the Labor & Employment practice team on wage-hour class actions and PAGA matters in California. Handle complex employment law cases, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with top-tier clients and stakeholders. Contribute to strategy development, case management, and advocacy in state and federal courts and administrative agencies where applicable. Qualifications 2+ years of Labor & Employment law experience. Completed JD / Juris Doctorate. California Bar Admission / Member in good standing. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $210,000.00/yr - $410,000.00/yr.
