Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney (100% Remote) Latitude Legal is seeking an attorney with at least five years of labor & employment litigation experience for a contract or permanent position at an Am Law 100 firm. The successful candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and have significant experience handling written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters. The position can be either part-time or full-time depending on what works best for the candidate. The successful candidate must be licensed in California but can be located anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities Handle written discovery, motion practice, depositions and court hearings in labor & employment litigation matters. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation Excellent communication skills Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team Licensed in California Excellent academic credentials Outstanding references Type of role: Contract or Permanent Schedule: Part-time or Full-time Location: Completely Remote (must be California licensed) Compensation & Benefits The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $205,000 or more. Pay is based on work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
