What You’ll Be Doing
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities—turning data into insights that guide strategic decisions.
Own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews with clear, actionable commentary.
Spot trends, risks, and opportunities to help solve complex business challenges.
Partner with Controllership and technical accounting teams to ensure accurate financial treatment of complex transactions.
Execute key financial controls to protect company assets and mitigate risk.
Support financial and regulatory audits in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Drive process improvements through automation and technology.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations and innovation projects.
Collaborate with teams across the US and UK.
Mentor junior analysts and help grow the next generation of finance talent.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in FP&A, with strong SAP and BI reporting skills.
Curious, analytical, and tech-savvy—always asking “why” and “how.”
A confident communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
Agile, self-driven, and eager to learn.
A strategic thinker with deep knowledge of corporate finance and business planning.
