The team handles: Government investigations and enforcement actions High-stakes litigation and reputational crises Corporate internal investigations involving complex technology and business issues The practice is highly regarded for advising executives and founders in high-profile, sensitive matters that demand strategic legal and reputational defense. Candidate Profile 6–12+ years of experience in litigation, government enforcement defense, or internal investigations. Prior experience advising senior executives or technology clients strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work on cross-border or cross-functional matters . Skilled at navigating sensitive, high-visibility cases requiring both legal expertise and strategic insight. The Opportunity True hybrid flexibility : 3 days per week in-office. Sustainable billing expectations : Associates: ~1,600 billable hours Partners: ~1,400 billable hours A global platform with offices across the US, Europe, and Asia, while maintaining a tight-knit, boutique culture locally.
