About the Role Manning | Kass is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a California office with at least 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Responsibilities Analyze, assess, and execute litigation strategies through all stages of litigation. Conduct depositions, examinations under oath (EUO), and propound/respond to written discovery. Maintain proactive client communication with detailed liability and damage analyses. Represent clients in hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations. Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
