Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of plaintiff-side experience handling cases in at least 1 of the following practice areas: personal injury, medical malpractice or NY labor law (sections 200, 241, or 241.6) Education Requirements: Must be admitted to practice law in New York and in good standing with the NY bar association What We Are Offering...
