In this role, youinnwill work closely with a talented group of litigators to represent clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters , as well as trust and probate disputes . Compensation $145,000+ depending on experience Responsibilities Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts. Representing clients in civil litigation matters. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests. Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving disputes. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in California. 4+ years of experience in civil and/or probate litigation. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
