Job Description Summary

Fenwick is seeking a Litigation Practice Support Lawyer (“PSL”) who will support each of the firm’s four litigation subgroups (Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation and Employment Litigation). Responsibilities include creating, distributing, and managing model documents and forms; developing content and knowledge resources; implementing relevant technology; training; and managing thought leadership content.

This position can be based in any U.S. office with a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work and in-office presence as needed.

Responsibilities

Model Documents and Forms: Create, maintain, and promote access to model documents, forms, precedents, and templates, including jurisdiction-specific court filing templates. Identify automation opportunities and collaborate on automating forms.

Knowledge Management and Innovation: Develop strategies for making practice content accessible, assist practitioners in locating resources, build repositories, and work with the Knowledge and Innovation team on technology adoption, including AI tools.

Training: Develop and present legal skills training, prepare materials, assist junior attorneys, and ensure accessibility of training resources.

Content Development: Review legal and market materials, develop marketing content such as articles and alerts, and stay updated on legal developments.

Qualifications

4+ years of litigation experience in a law firm; J.D. required.

Strong legal drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Experience with project management, legal software, and attorney training is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to foster relationships, and a proactive approach.

Additional Details Salary range: $186,000 - $279,000, depending on experience and location.
