This role involves applying advanced technical and legal eDiscovery strategies to case teams and clients throughout all stages of the discovery process. The position requires providing strategic legal analysis on general litigation procedures and eDiscovery issues, staying updated on legal and technical trends such as TAR and Generative AI, and ensuring comprehensive guidance to attorneys, clients, and staff. Key responsibilities include: Acting as the primary liaison between client eDiscovery teams and case teams. Training and educating team members on eDiscovery protocols.
