This role focuses on FDA regulatory compliance and enforcement matters, specifically within the food and beverage industries. Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record . Active Bar Admission in DC . 4+ years of substantive experience inFood and Drug Administration ( FDA ) regulatory compliance and enforcement , with a strong background in food industry regulations . Current or recent experience serving at the FDA is required . Background in food , beverage , cosmetic , and consumer product industries. Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, writing, and advocacy skills are essential. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and regulatory agencies. Key Responsibilities: Advise food industry clients on FDA regulatory compliance , including product labeling, safety, and marketing regulations. Represent clients in enforcement actions and regulatory matters before the FDA and other government agencies .
