Responsibilities Break down use cases, design, and implement complex system modules, interfaces, and features. Develop robust, secure, and performant production-grade software. Work with a team to build, test, and operate system capabilities; communicate effectively with teammates and clients. Apply full-stack web application development experience on large codebases; learn new languages, technologies, and codebases quickly. Work with AI - GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLMs; contribute to complex features, integrations, and modules; guide clients through ML strategies for healthcare in government. Technical environment includes AI/ML techniques, and opportunities to work independently while collaborating with a team. Qualifications 2+ years of experience with machine learning engineering, including in an academic or professional environment Experience with natural language processing and language models Experience with RAG and Generative AI techniques Experience with programming in Python, Java, or C++ Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with software architectures with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with machine learning methods (linear, reinforcement learning, tree-based, deep learning) and regularization Experience with databases (SQL) Experience with API development or database management; model deployment and usage with JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js) Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP Ability to work in a Linux environment with Bash scripting Master's degree Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
