About the Role Contrast AI is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team. What You'll Do Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various AI-powered applications. Work with large datasets to build, train, and evaluate predictive models and algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into machine learning solutions. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis to derive actionable insights. Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments. Prior experience working in an AI-driven company or startup environment. Compensation The base compensation range for the role is: $130,000 - $150,000 based on leveling and desired cash/equity split.
