Job Description
The Digital Experience and AI Innovation Manager is responsible for developing two key initiatives within Rockwell Automation's Lifecycle Services:
Digital Customer Experience: Integrates our external web interfaces to deliver customer insights, relationship management, entitlements, support, pricing, and other self-service areas.
AI2 Team Leadership: Leads the AI Acceleration & Innovation team, tasked with accelerating AI use cases to create business value.
The role involves fostering innovation, scaling ideas, navigating challenges, and managing relationships with vendors and internal teams. The manager will oversee a team, manage budgets, ensure timely delivery of technology solutions, and influence organizational initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team including product owners, tech leads, and data scientists.
Manage multi-million dollar budgets and report on ROI.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of technology projects.
Collaborate across teams using agile tools like Jira.
Influence organizational change and drive large-scale initiatives.
Engage with external AI vendors and partners.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship provided).
Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
Experience with AI technologies, cloud platforms, and project management certifications.
5+ years in a similar role within a tech-driven organization.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Base salary ranges from $110,400 to $165,600 USD, plus an annual target bonus of 5%. Actual compensation depends on skills, education, and experience.
