As Manager, Marketing Programs, you’ll lead the execution of sales enablement programs, compliance efforts, and multi-channel marketing campaigns—ensuring programs and campaigns launch on time, support differentiated selling, meet quality standards, and align with strategic goals.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, hands-on, and process-driven B2B marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
Overview This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of sales enablement programs and lifecycle marketing campaigns, managing timelines, workflows, and stakeholder coordination to ensure flawless execution. You’ll work closely with creative, data, operations, and channel teams to bring campaigns to life across email, direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales enablement resources, ensuring materials are benefit focused, relevant, easy to use, current, and legally compliant
Support the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring on-time and accurate execution across channels
Lead the delivery of targeted, customized prospect and customer materials and websites, working directly with sales and service teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, data, operations, and compliance, to align on campaign requirements and deliverables
Maintain delivery calendars and project trackers, providing visibility and accountability across teams
Identify and resolve delivery risks or bottlenecks, escalating issues and proposing solutions as needed
Contribute to process improvement initiatives, helping streamline workflows and enhance delivery efficiency
Lead a team of marketers, focused on marketing execution
Impact This role is essential to ensuring Humana’s lifecycle marketing campaigns and sales enablement resources are executed with precision and consistency. Your leadership will help deliver meaningful member experiences that drive engagement, satisfaction, and health outcomes.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or related field or equivalent years of required experience
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery, or project management
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex product initiatives from planning through launch
Ability to work independently to manage priorities and deliver projects
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare product delivery
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries and B2B marketing and sales environment
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and campaign management tools
Knowledge of compliance and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, CAN-SPAM)
Experience with multi-channel campaign execution (email, direct mail, SMS, digital)
