This role will be based out of Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA. The work location is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
As a (West) Regional Manager for Large Enterprise Account Directors, you will play a critical role in leading this team into the next chapter of LinkedIn’s business. You will manage our most tenured Account Directors who will be selling solutions to address talent objectives and challenges that span planning, hiring, skilling and career development for our largest and most complex customers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused sales strategy to renew and expand the customer base for our Large Enterprise customers. Leverage relationships internally and externally to open doors to new strategic business opportunities.
- Compassionately manage and coach seasoned sales professionals and senior-level cross-functional partners.
- Drive a culture of forecasting excellence across the team and prepare and present accurate sales forecasts to senior management.
- Prioritize initiatives, create focus for the team and hold them accountable to the use of systems, tools, sales process, and methodology (CRM/Gong/VEM etc.).
- Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team with the ability to grow and scale, as necessary. Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer and member satisfaction.
- Be directly involved with the mentorship and development of the team including recruiting, hiring, training and compassionate performance managing new Large Enterprise Account Directors. Emphasis on coaching and familiarity with Value Engagement and Blueprint methodologies.
- Ability to build and foster strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define segment strategy and lead high-impact initiatives to fuel new growth areas.
- Excellent communication skills including active listening, written and verbal across all channels.
- Up to 20% travel is required for this role.
- Demonstrated commitment to building and fostering an inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years sales management experience or 4+ years' experience supporting Large Enterprise or Global clients.
- 6+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability of holding personal and team accountability for operating priority and revenue-based results.
- Team/POD-selling environment experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals
- Experience managing and motivating senior sellers, including remote employees
- Experience creating demand and selling to large enterprise clients in a competitive environment
- Experience leading teams through significant change
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
- Human Capital Management industry expertise and thought leadership
- Deep knowledge and practical application of sales methodologies and metrics
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing seasoned Account Directors
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools to manage sales activities
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to guide/direct others
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience understanding a team’s engagement, wellness and satisfaction and addressing opportunities

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $236,000 to 360,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
