Your role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a full-stack, mobile-focused team dedicated to assisting ClassPass in expanding into new geographical areas and verticals. About the right team member: You are an experienced engineer who has successfully transitioned into a people leader, passionate about creating impactful and high-quality mobile applications. You possess extensive experience in at least one aspect of developing a world-class mobile application and can effectively manage a high-performing team throughout the entire process. You'll thrive in this role with experience in: 3+ years of direct management experience with a full-stack engineering team of at least 6 members. Experience in delivering high-quality websites or mobile applications. Established architecture and best practices for web or mobile applications and their backends. Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, and execute effectively.
