Value & Access Strategy Consulting Our global V&A Strategy Consulting team helps clients deliver the right product to the right patient as quickly as possible. We work with stakeholders worldwide to optimize value for payers, physicians, clients, and patients. Our projects include:
Pricing and contracting strategies
Innovative pricing models
International price referencing optimization and launch sequencing
Market access strategies
Digital health reimbursement
Evidence development and optimization
Value development and communications
Emerging market expansion
Biosimilar strategies and defenses
Lifecycle management and partnering
Job Overview Responsible for ensuring the timely completion of complex projects for clients in pharmaceutical market access consulting. Identifies and develops potential new business opportunities.
Essential Functions Plan, organize, and manage resources to achieve project goals.
Conduct high-quality research and analysis.
Design and deliver client reports and presentations.
Develop and maintain client relationships through various communication methods.
Identify opportunities for follow-on work and new leads.
Support the development of intellectual property and proposals.
Enhance knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
Coach project team members and support their objectives.
Mentor junior staff and lead learning, development, and recruiting activities.
Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of related experience. Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry consulting within market access. Proven ability to collaborate and lead teams.
