Reporting to: Manager, Social Media Content The Role Lumens is seeking a digitally fluent and highly organized Marketing Associate to support our influencer and social media initiatives across platforms. The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role on the Brand Marketing team, supporting the execution of social media and influencer programs with an emphasis on operational excellence, communication, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting to the Social Media Content Manager, this role helps manage day-to-day publishing across platforms, coordinates influencer communications and contracts, and partners with internal teams—especially Customer Service—to ensure timely product procurement for marketing needs. This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented early-career marketer looking to grow within a creative, high-performance brand team at the intersection of luxury design and digital storytelling. Key Responsibilities Social Media Publishing & Admin Upload and publish approved content to Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Ensure post copy, tags, product links, and CTAs are accurate and consistent with brand voice and site goals. Maintain and update the social media content calendar, asset trackers, and content library. Monitor platform conversations and direct messages, escalating relevant questions or engagement to the team. Influencer & Creator Program Support Draft and send influencer outreach communications and manage ongoing follow-ups. Assist with influencer contract coordination, routing agreements for review and tracking deliverables. Collaborate with the customer service team to procure and fulfill product requests for influencer gifting, brand campaigns, and creative production. Maintain influencer databases, outreach trackers, and campaign calendars. Track and organize incoming UGC and influencer content for use across social and marketing. Performance & Reporting Pull weekly analytics and performance reports for social and influencer campaigns for weekly email recap. Compile campaign recaps and assist in distilling key learnings. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and emerging creators for potential collaborations. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with the customer service and logistics teams to secure product for influencer programs, creative campaigns, and marketing needs. Collaborate with the Social Content Manager and Brand Marketing team to support timely campaign execution. Assist in streamlining documentation, processes, and templates for influencer and social workflows. Qualifications Technical Skills 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or influencer marketing (internships included). Familiarity with platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Comfortable using social scheduling tools and basic analytics dashboards. Experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides. Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express for light editing and asset resizing. Soft Skills Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage timelines and multiple moving pieces simultaneously. Interest in interior design, digital culture, and luxury branding. Collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
