EY's Analytics and Data team is seeking a Master Data Management Senior focusing on helping clients define and drive data management strategy and technology implementation. The role involves guiding clients through the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies, and delivering end-to-end master data management design and delivery.
Responsibilities Designing and implementing data governance frameworks that align with business objectives.
Collaborating with stakeholders to build analytics solutions that deliver tangible business value.
Conducting maturity assessments to enhance data management capabilities across the organization.
Developing solutions to complex problems, including functional and technical design of master data management software.
Guiding clients in defining a data governance strategy including data quality, data catalog, master data management, analytics use cases, data readiness for AI/ML, and systems alignment to leading ERP and CRM applications.
Data integrity assurance: implement data quality tools and processes to maintain data standards.
Engaging in requirement gathering, interpreting BRDs, and developing source-to-target mappings with system analysts.
Conducting thorough data validation prior to migration into data warehouses and producing detailed technical specifications aligned with BRDs.
Leading multiple engagements simultaneously to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.
May require regular travel to meet with external clients and engage with stakeholders on impactful projects.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of direct involvement with MDM tools including SAP MDG and/or Informatica MDM.
ERP implementation experience including full implementation cycles of SAP with SAP MDG as a component.
Typically, at least 3 years of relevant developer experience in master data management software.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and Enterprise IT Architecture.
A valid driver’s license in the US; willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet client needs.
A track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
Ideally, you’ll also have Experience with complex problem-solving and critical thinking.
A track record of driving outcomes in collaborative environments.
Familiarity with digital fluency and hybrid collaboration tools.
A passion for innovation and applying emerging technologies to solve real-world challenges.

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary ranges vary by location (e.g., $106,900 to $176,500, with higher ranges in NYC Metro, WA, and CA). Total Rewards include medical/dental coverage, pension/401(k), and paid time off.
Hybrid work model: most client-facing roles are expected to be in person 40-60% of the time.
