We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (CMA) to support our Centralized Triage team. Schedule & Location Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Hybrid-remote role with potential on-site work in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities Answer incoming patient calls. Perform initial telephone screenings, including collecting patient-reported information on concerns. Monitor and pre-screen triage-related MyChart messages. Assist patients with appointment scheduling. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulations. Accurately document interactions in the EMR system. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school with clinical training in a medical setting, or Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or Completed two years of medical training in the U.S. Armed Forces, or Minimum one year of clinical experience as a medical assistant, including vital signs, injections, and medication administration, or Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire, and Within 30 days, obtain BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and At least 6 months of healthcare and medical assistant experience.
