Join us in shaping the future of technology. What You’ll Be Doing: Take ownership of designing, building, and supporting enterprise-grade MFT solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational resilience, compliance alignment, and business continuity. Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Globalscape EFT solutions, including DMZ Gateway, RAM agents, and AWE configurations. Define and implement high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for MFT infrastructure. Develop and deploy secure file transfer workflows (SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS) across internal and external systems. Integrate MFT with enterprise platforms such as MuleSoft, Kafka, and API-based automation tools. Provide L3 support for production incidents, emergency fixes, and minor enhancements. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), patching, certificate/key management, and log maintenance. Support compliance activities including audits, periodic access reviews (PAR), and end-of-life upgrades. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles for operational transparency. Collaborate with network, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure end-to-end reliability. Train and mentor internal team members on MFT tools, workflows, and best practices. What We're Looking For: 10+ years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies. Deep expertise in Globalscape EFT, including advanced administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and AWE workflow development. Strong understanding of protocols and security: SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, encryption/decryption, and key management. Proficiency in scripting and automation: Python, PowerShell, Unix shell scripting, GitHub, Terraform, Harness, and related tools. Solid knowledge of OS, file systems, and network performance tuning (latency, throughput, bandwidth, etc.). Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DataDog) and incident management processes. Ability to maintain governance tools including Confluence, dashboards, and Jira workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently. Proven success in designing and deploying complex MFT solutions in large enterprise environments. Familiarity with compliance, access control, and audit frameworks.
