Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) Functional Consultant to join our team in the Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud OM implementations and strong expertise in supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Order Management modules.

Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices. Configure Oracle Cloud OM, including order capture, orchestration, pricing, shipping, and invoicing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SCM, Finance, and Customer Service. Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and training documentation. Participate in system testing, UAT, and go-live support. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Interface with technical teams to define integration and reporting requirements.

Required Skills

12+ years of Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud experience with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud Order Management. Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Experience in configuring order types, fulfillment setups, pricing rules, ATP, and shipping configurations. Familiarity with related modules like Inventory, Pricing, AR, and Procurement is a plus. Experience working in a hybrid onsite/offshore model. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Have

Knowledge of B2B integrations, Oracle Fusion Pricing, or CPQ. Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM or Order Management.
