Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be post-bachelor’s, progressive). Or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, and 4 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with:
Radio Performance/Optimization of telecommunications networks covering 4G LTE.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with:
OSS Tools: OSS Performance, Configuration, and Fault management tools.
Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with:
5G Radio nodes, evaluate 5G drive test data, implement new 5G features, analyze 5G Radio performance, tune 5G radio network parameters, or implement corrections;
4G/5G Radio Hardware Products; and Drive Test measurement tools and post-processing tools.

Responsibilities
Perform radio performance and optimization of telecommunications networks covering 4G/5G to improve KPIs and lead a team of radio performance engineers during network rollout.
Manage the delivery of optimization projects according to the scope of work, managing customer expectations and acceptance schedule.
Perform complex problem solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environment.
Lead a project team, creating plans and delegating tasks.
Provide network performance and optimization services, supporting customers.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, or operational plans.
Analyze, develop, and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
Domestic travel up to 50% required. Telecommuting from within commuting distance of San Diego, CA, may be permitted up to 100%.
