AI & Data - Physical AI Engineering & Strategy – Manager The opportunity
Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team applies cutting-edge technology to solve complex client problems. You will work directly with clients and teams to develop innovative solutions, focusing on continuous learning and staying ahead of trends. Your role involves building scalable AI systems, enhancing data pipelines, and collaborating with analytics professionals to industrialize analysis into effective solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities Deliver innovative AI solutions and lead workstreams.
Manage teams and supervise technical initiatives.
Engage with clients and lead projects from planning to execution.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Research and implement scalable AI systems aligned with business needs.
Improve data pipelines and monitor model performance.
Skills and Attributes for Success Combine technical expertise with interpersonal skills. Demonstrate problem-solving, client management, leadership, and communication abilities. Stay innovative and proactive in applying emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Robotics, Digital Twin, or Deep Learning.
Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, and robotics frameworks like ROS.
Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, sensors, control algorithms, and digital twin models.
Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis tools, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices.
Strong mathematical skills and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Attributes Experience managing complex projects, industry knowledge, data visualization, academic research, and proficiency in additional programming languages.
What We Offer Competitive salary range, benefits, flexible work arrangements, and a culture of inclusion and innovation. Salaries range from $142,800 to $261,800 depending on location and experience.
