We are a premier plaintiff-side practice specializing in workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases. Our attorneys have achieved numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements, and our firm has been recognized with Super Lawyers selections spanning over a decade. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced employment attorney to handle complex plaintiff-side employment matters in a collaborative, results-driven environment. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working 2-3 days per week in our Beverly Hills office, with the remainder remote. What We Offer The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of employment litigation from intake through trial Manage a caseload of workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation matters Conduct depositions, argue motions, and participate in mediations Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client management Maintain direct client contact and provide exceptional client service Required Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited law school Active California State Bar license in good standing Minimum 3-5 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience Strong litigation skills with courtroom experience Excellent written and oral communication abilities Proven track record in employment law matters Experience with employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases Preferred Qualifications Trial experience in employment matters Knowledge of California employment statutes (FEHA, Labor Code, etc.) Experience with wage and hour litigation Previous experience at a plaintiff-side employment firm Contact Information: Please send application materials to: Brandon Yolles Location Pasadena, CA Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Legal Services and Law Practice Get notified when a new job is posted.
