We are a dynamic group of consultants, architects, and project managers who help clients maximize the value of Varicent products by implementing solutions that meet their business and technical needs. The team values diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your Day-to-Day Use industry experience to gather and document thorough business requirements. Oversee the project team and the project implementation/delivery. Consume and analyze large amounts of data. Ensure all deliverables arrive on time and meet customer requirements. Communicate project progress to internal and external stakeholders. Author thorough solution documentation. Collaborate with the team to achieve sustainable project and product growth. Provide accurate effort estimates and be accountable for delivery. Support and mentor the development of junior consultants. Enable customers to effectively use and maintain their Varicent solution. Design and build flexible and scalable compensation models using established practices. Create reports, workflows, and dashboards in Varicent. Develop ETL processes for data preparation. Document and communicate project status regularly to the Project Management team. Coordinate with the customer’s project manager and resources. Guide customers toward proven approaches to satisfying business needs. Contribute to the evolution of Varicent products. Travel to client sites domestically or internationally. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a technical field or related business discipline. 7+ years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation. 3-4 years of experience implementing Sales Performance Management or related software solutions. Proven leadership with large, complex software implementations. Strong business communication skills. Customer-centric ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. Proven expertise with query-based languages and relational databases. Initiative and ability to work with minimal oversight. Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Autonomy, flexibility, and results-driven mindset. Outcomes Within 1 - 3 Months Participate in new hire training and bootcamp. Orient yourself with Varicent delivery methodology and key deliverables. Understand the market, customers, and user personas. Be engaged on a full-time project. Increase familiarity with key Varicent modules. Complete build and configuration of intermediate or advanced deliverables within a project. Participate in the Test phase to diagnose and resolve defects. Within 6 Months Lead medium-to-large scale implementation projects. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within teams. Mentor new hires on product implementation and project methodology. Stay up to date on product improvements. Complete Varicent ICM Certification. Provide accurate effort estimates for work and hold yourself and your team accountable. Within 1 Year Prescriptively guide customers toward recommended approaches to satisfy requirements. Provide governance and quality control over delivered work. Present a project success presentation to the Professional Services organization. Demonstrate the impact of your work through customer and internal feedback. Become a subject matter expert in several aspects of Varicent ICM. Provide product feedback to Project Management teams. Note This role requires working within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Flexibility to adjust hours to align with EST is essential for collaboration.
