The mission of the Principal Consultant is to lead and manage the customer journey from post-contract close through implementation, solution delivery and issue management. You will lead a team of Project Managers and Consultants focused on successfully delivering Legion solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
The Principal Consultant will manage the customer CXO level and the Executive Steering Committee
Can lead 4+ enterprise & mid-level accounts
Responsible for the implementation of Legion's product suite, leading the project team, designing the solution, delivering the work, and providing a great experience for the customer
Owns customer relationships, strategy, project planning & direction, Solution Architecture, and business KPI achievement.
Can demo Legion products in depth
Hires, develops, and retains a team of Project Managers and Consultants
Contribute to the development of our implementation methodologies and participate in other internal initiatives
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
5 + years of experience in Workforce Management area
Consulting Experience
Strong background in Workforce Management Software and business processes
Proven ability to lead teams from design to delivery of implementation projects
Proven track record of decision-making skills, strong, effective collaboration, and communication process across various levels of management. (Senior executives, project teams, IT leadership).
Retail industry experience preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 USD
Bonus Range: $14,000 - $20,000 USD
