Your Future Team You will be part of a world-class Data Science team that leverages data to generate insights about our products and customers. The team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Data Engineers, Marketers, Privacy, and Executive teams to understand customer engagement, identify opportunities, and measure success. Responsibilities Collaborate on diverse product and business problems with cross-functional partners, establishing trust through clear work. Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation to develop strategies and solve key challenges. Develop hypotheses using various analytical methodologies and technical approaches. Identify and test opportunities to improve products and influence roadmaps with insights and recommendations. Partner with teams to inform and execute strategic decisions. Measure the success of product efforts through forecasting and monitoring key metrics. Use data to shape product development, identify opportunities and challenges, and ensure value delivery. Communicate insights effectively across the organization, including to leadership. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields. Proficiency in SQL and at least one other programming language (e.g., Python, R). Experience in storytelling with data and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker). Strong knowledge of statistical concepts (regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability). Experience leading impactful analytics projects. Ability to craft clear, well-written analyses. Experience advising and presenting to senior executives. Desirable Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Science or related fields. Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics. Expertise in analyzing and forecasting business performance and delivering insights to executives. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and drive impact.
